7 steps I always take for a tranquil and calm life

  1. Prioritize but not pursue happiness: don’t devalue happiness in decisions, have an abundant mentality.
  2. Pursue flow: don’t chase superiority, have self-compassion, gratitude, challenge yourself & enjoy.
  3. Understand the need to love and give: don’t feel the need to be loved or go it alone; find secure attachement and be an otherish giver.
  4. Be responsible for your happiness: don’t be overly controlling, use emotional regulation tactics and don’t forget the basics: eat, move& sleep.
  5. Smart trust others: don’t distrust others, have an increasingly proactive trust and learn how to forgive others.
  6. Dispassionate pursuit of passion: don’t distrust life, pursue happiness from process, not outcomes and preoccurrence preference, but non-judgemental afterwards.
  7. Maintain continuous mindfulness: don’t ignore the source within, live the moment to be happier and meditate.

And last but not least: don’t worry, be happy! 🙂
