Be open to new things

Whether it’s trying new food, exploring a different part of your city or changing careers , being open can lead to great experiences ! According with some studies, it is very healthy and highly recommend it to take the risk and change whatever makes you unhappy or anytime you are not comfortable anymore with a certain situation. If you keep doing something you don’t like anymore or you never liked it but circumstances made you accept it, well that will lead to frustrations, stress, anxiety and even depression…l don’t think the compromise to stay in your comfort zone for ever worth it ! How many people we know never change a thing in their lives, never experienced anything new, never even try a small change? That kind of people who never tried new food or a new restaurant, people who spent their vacations pretty much in the same places ( sometimes even in the same hotels) people feeling so miserable with their jobs but they didn’t try even once to find a new one because they are afraid of changes ? Traped in so called ” crabs in a barrel” – not being able to do anything not even for their own sake ? We all are afraid of unknown or unexpected things, but people who succeed are people who are challenging themselves and take risks ! You can not be stuck in a routine that doesn’t take you anywhere! Take action, feel free and be you….the way you like it! Even Dalai Lama said that every year we have to visit at least one place where we have never been before , and I can extend it and say that could be beneficial to change our jobs every other 5 years and put ourselves in a new environment and meet new people even though we won’t want to change careers but at least to break the routine of the same workplace …..these keep us happy and fulfill us. And also it is crucial to keep our brains positive for a good mental health. Was this a secret? I don’t think so….just a piece of advice to be brave enough to take action ! You can not win if you don’t risk anything!
